After a disappointing first visit, we returned to view a car in the showroom with the intention of purchasing elsewhere. However, Rob Meachen quickly introduced himself and asked us to sit with him so he could understand our requirements. Rob worked hard to match the competitors deal and we signed up that day. If it wasn't for Rob we would have purchased elsewhere. Rob was excellent throughout the process particularly during the thorough hand over when we collected the car. I would recommend Rob to others but to be honest I couldn't do the same for the Sale Person (s) that I spoke to initially.
