The website was misleading in that you seemed to be offering vehicles at a lower price than was available. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and said this error had already been flagged but the site had not been corrected. However we reached an agreement and he provided all the appropriate paperwork. On the day of collection Kelly took me through everything and again was very helpful and knowledgeable. All documentation was completed and explained with the minimum of fuss. Both the handover and salesperson who has subsequently left a message on my phone were very professional.
