I was told the car would be serviced when I was picking it up but this was not done, it was me that noticed it, This should of been picked up, it shows a lack of attention to detail. Once I brought it up I was to make an appointment the next week which I did and was carried out yesterday. I was asked for feedback by Holly before I collected the car.
Also something I noticed that when you arrive on site it is very confusing were to park, what cars are for sale, and the Vauxhall cars are not beside the Vauxhall showroom it is jaguars.
