The follow up phone calls from Peter Vardy are the difference between this dealership and others. They phone you to ensure everything is OK with the car and your happy with the service you received. This was important to myself as part of the deal was a free servicing package with the car, however after 10 days I hadn't received any confirmation or a welcome pack. As soon as Peter Vardy phoned I explained my concerns, a day later they phoned again to say that it had all been sorted and gave me a telephone number to phone if I wish to confirm my servicing package with the central database, which I did and to order a welcome pack. Again next day another phone to ensure I was happy with how my concerns had been rectified.
Again they chased me to ensure problem/concerns were rectified and not me having to chase them.
