All staff dealt with were extremely helpful. At no time did I feel pressured into into anything. Any questions asked were answered in a very courteous manner.
Family member was due a fifty pound reward as they had recently purchased a new car themselves and were responsible for introducing me to the dealership. Unfortunately this did not arrive when had been indicated to me and I had to chase this up by returning personally to the showroom.
This has now been resolved but it spoiled slightly what up till then had been a very good experience.
