A wholly unsatisfactory experience when ordering my new Landrover Defender. Informed on the day prior to delivery that wrong car had been ordered. Provided with a courtesy car but had to pay the equivalent of a years insurance premium to drive it for four months. Had to compromise on specification of car and now paying more monthly than originally budgeted.
Charged £60 for fuel and tank just over half full on delivery when a full tank costs £40 at the pump. An experience never to be repeated!
