The salesman guided us through the vast number of Adam variants and listened to our priorities so that we got the car we wanted.
He was careful to keep us informed about delivery progress.
Though unable to deal personally with handover, he had arranged for another employee to do that and ensured they were fully briefed on our requirements - including our request for a quote for a service plan - which we opted for. He also came to check all was OK.
