As soon as I entered the showroom I was approached by a nice polite young lady who asked if she could help, there was no push, just a gentle inquiry. She offered to make a cup of coffee while I waited for a sales rep to attend me. I found the sales representative to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Considering I only went in to see what was available to me and a general query on how much it was going to be to change my car and I left having bought my new car is testament to the quality of both the product and the non pushy approach of the sales team.
