I was very happy with the customer service supplied by Steven Callen. I had been speaking to several garages trying to arrange a new car. His approach was by far the best. I did not feel under pressure but everything was explained to me in detail. I had experienced being let down by Ford with my previous vehicle as their sales person had not fully explained the contract so it was re-assuring that your colleague took the time to make sure i was happy with everything before i signed up.
He even gave me advice on de-caff coffee which i have taken and thanks to him I have probably given my kidneys a new lease of life!!! All good i think:)
