I saw my car on Autotrader and got a pop-up for an online chat. The response was quick and promised to get someone to send photos (non on Autotrader or Peter Vardy sites as just in) and more information, none was forthcoming. However, when I arrived at the dealership, the salesman Ryan Fitzpatrick was very friendly and helpful, explaining that the car had not long arrived and still needed prepping. He worked hard to get me the best deal, and after I picked up the car, and needed a service light reset, he accommodated me, despite me just turning up out of the blue a few days later. Thanks Ryan.
