This is my first experience with Peter Vardy as a supplier. Everything was going well until I went to pick up my car and there were marks on the bonnet and wing which did not meet the standard that you advertise. The paint shop manager/ employee was hesitant to address the problem however the sales person Alan Floyd took control of the problem and agreed a solution turning a negative experience into a positive one. He organised the car to be brought back and repaired to the correct standard whilst being mindful of my requirement for a replacement vehicle. Excellent customer service from Alan Floyd.
