I had made contact through their "Live Help" and it was arranged that the car I wanted to see would be transported to my local dealer and they would be in touch later that day. No contact was made for two days and they claimed that they had been in touch numerous times and left messages. As they only had my mobile number it would have registered on there when I had a missed call and voicemail but alas not one of either. I eventually got a call and once again tried to arrange seeing the car I wanted but now I was told that they don't transport them for customers and if I wanted it I could go to the other branch then head back to Kirkcaldy to sort out the deal! Very abrupt call as well from a sales manager to respond to a tweet about this and generally very disinterested in my business, I will look elsewhere for my purchase.
