Our salesperson, Martin was really friendly and helpful. On the day of pick up there was an issue regarding the car which caused a delay. Although there was no person at fault it of course was frustrating we had to wait much longer than first anticipated. The issue was rectified and extra fuel and the promise of platinum protection package and full valet when we return to have our plates changed was definitely a sweetener. We are however still waiting on a code for free hotel after test driving the astra, we would appreciate somebody getting in touch with us regarding this.
