Had to contact the managing partner of the branch to log a complaint. Garage were late in paying off existing finance agreement and then to add insult to injury, called me 2 weeks after I collected my new car, the branch called me asking if I wanted to renew my old car, the staff member was not aware it had been in the ownership of the Peter Vardy for the last 2 weeks - unbelievable!
