My experience with Reg Vardy while not perfect was eventually sorted out. But I would have preferred to have had my car delivered on time, ESPECIALLY as the salesman had a week to get it all organised. Which should have been more than enough time.
To be fair it did eventually get sorted out but I was a day late in taking possession of my new vehicle.
Considering I was also paying cash I expected a better deal but am overall happy with my car and how I was treated after the initial problem.
