Very obliging although a lot of things went wrong, wrong address on v5c et., no handbook or service record with car and no petrol in the car the light was on when I got it and had to go to the garage for petrol, not a good advert for you, also I had the paper advert and did not notice there was £100 discount if you showed the advert., otherwise I felt the staff were very good.
