Rob, the salesman who took charge of helping me was friendly, polite, humorous and extremely helpful and did everything he could to ensure that I was getting exactly the car I wanted and as soon as was possible. Harry, the manager of the branch was also very friendly and helped as much as he could. I was very happy with the amount of assistance provided by every member of staff who I had contact with.
I now have the car hoped to have when I first walked into the branch and could not have asked for more.
