Overall good customer service but let down on the Friday when my car was booked in for its mot. We had been previously told to put the keys through the letter box when my husband dropped the car off at 6.30 am. We asked that the car would be ready for lunch time as my husband would pick it up when he finished work. However when he went to get the car it hadn't even been done as nobody had taken the keys out of the letter box. Why did nobody phone me to ask why the car was there but no keys !!!!!! Needless to say we had to go back later on that day to pick the car up.
