Jamie was great while buying the van but I asked before I bought it if it would have a full year MOT and was told it would. When i got home from collecting the van I realised there was no MOT certificate. I phoned and was told it would be May, "which is almost a year" (2 months shorter than advised at point of sale!) and was told that they'd do me a good deal when MOT was next required. Rather than arguing I asked for the certificate to be sent, or at least the exact date for when it was due and was advised this would be sent out to me. I have now been waiting more than 2 weeks. Your after sales service has been unsatisfactory.
