My car was two weeks over the delivery date due to a transport issue , when I arrived to collect my car it was brought round to the pick up area wet , it was not cleaned properly and I paid extra to have the Vauxhall protect package added to the car ,it has a couple of marks on the paint work bonnet and front bumper and now the car has to return to the garage to have these repaired , after reading the Peter Vardy values I don't believe the standard of presentation of my vehicle matched these which left me very disappointed
Just want to add to my review that despite the issues detailed above I am happy to say mark and his team have resolved these today 19/8/16, also need to add that with the delay of my car to keep my business I was given a courtesy car ( Jaguar XF r sport)
