The handover was poorly organised, with confusion over the time of my appointment, and an initial unwillingness of staff to admit that there had been a problem. I felt I had been treated with considerable discourtesy. However the subsequent action of the sales manager in offering me suitable recompense more than compensated for the discourtesy involved and I am grateful to him for his determination to make full amends for the error.
Entirely satisfied with the vehicle itself.
