Absolutely terrible experience and still it has not been rectified at my now considerable expense. Since I paid for the car I've been ignored. Problems haven't been sorted even though Shaun mcgarva said they were. Car description - lies. Promises to sort it - lies.
How dare I think a 3 year old Astra described on the video as excellent condition shouldn't be covered in chips and scratches or have an oil and water leak.
About to take legal advice on the matter.
