I've never had a bad experience but there is a definite "cooling " once the purchase has been agreed - I know everyone is busy but a wee bit attention would not go amiss guys - it's a huge purchase so keep up the attention for a bit longer. !
Some work that should have been done on the car - scratches on offside - have not been attended to as promised. On the day I never noticed but will bring vehicle in at first opportunity for assessment.
