From the first phonecall to the final handshake we received a very friendly and professional service. I had problems with my driving licence being renewed at theDVLA, it wasn't seen as a problem by the staff and they pulled out all the stops to ensure we collected our new car. All of the staff at the showroom showed an interest in us, speaking to our kids, giving them colouring books and juice, we were made to feel welcome by everyone.
