Second car purchased, amazing customer service. Needed a car fast and that's what I received although 2 days into getting the car I noticed a 'crack' in windscreen. No help given as it wasn't 'under warranty'. Feel like I got no perks with car like the previous year e.g car mats and help with payments for 10 months. Darren who helped me find my ideal car was great, and Andi who showed me the ropes when car was bought was also fabulous. Mixed review????????
