The whole process from start to finish was straightforward simple. My new car was ready for me to collect within 5 days and the Sales staff were friendly, helpful and didn't make me feel pressured at any point. As a returning customer, this was just as I expected.
Only downside was that I wasn't eligible for my "free gift" because I wasn't taking out a finance agreement - not exactly the end of the world to be fair.
