I'm not very knowledgeable about cars. So to be able to go to a place where you do feel like the staff are friendly and patient is really important to me, they don't look at you seeing pound signs. I'll be praising John and Claire for a while
My car is amazing! And Vauxhall all round is pretty decent too.
