Staff were welcoming and engaging. They appeared to have my interests at the forefront. I would have preferred to deal with one individual throughout, rather than have several people to deal with, although the sales rep was consistent. I was surprised not to see him when I picked up my car, - instead I met a 'hand over specialist'!
I was promised that a scratch on the side of the car would be repaired before i took it over and it wasn't, however I was told someone from the company would phone me a few days after getting my car - so I will discuss it then, if they phone.
