The service I received from both David and Claire was excellent, they were very friendly, helpful and explained the process and paperwork involved thoroughly. Claire took over the actual sale and I especially liked the touch of unveiling my new Astra and receiving a bottle of champagne. Very satisfied. Annette Rankine
