My wife and I were asked if we wanted Tea or Coffee, and taken to a comfortable seating area while we waited on Gary Ballentine who was our assigned Sales Executive, he introduced himself to us, after discussing and deciding to proceed with the purchase of a used vehicle. The whole process was seamless, it was arranged that we would travel by train the following Saturday. We were met at the Train Station by a Peter Vardy representative, upon arrival at the dealership we met up with Gary Ballentine who went through all the necessary paperwork which only involved a couple of signatures, the vehicle was as described, it was taxed, and had a current MOT, I had pre signed a form to give permission for the Dealership to Tax the car on my behalf, I arranged my own insurance but was offered Seven day insurance cover if required. I have been very pleased with the car and would certainly have no reservations on purchasing a car from Peter Vardy in future.
