Great buying experience, motivated sales staff, knowledgeable sale team, professional sales aura.
Due to the end of a sales month staff were extremely busy, however that did not take the shine of my purchase experience.
The valet was not as high a standard as I expected or liked. I sent my new (used) car to a valeting team to be cleaned properly.
I have identified faults on the car e.g heater not working correctly, I wrongly thought a pre-handover inspection would have identified this. However the salesman Gary has assured me this will be fixed.
