Dave Ivison was a great salesman, full of everything I'd expect from a car salesman. It was my first experience of buying a car from a dealer and he was very informative and helpful. There was a bit of a mix-up with getting the car causing delays due to my ID but he kept me up-to-date and I'll give a wee mention to Andy the 1st handover guy who was very sympathetic and reassured me the car would be kept for me until I could get the ID situation sorted. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact I noted the boot didn't open when I first looked at the car, and of all the things your fancy-dancy 114 service check actually checked, it wasn't whether the boot actually opened. So when I did pick the car up a week later, it still wasn't fixed. I was then promised a callback to book it in for repair which I never got so had to bring it up of my own accord and hope it can be seen while I have a day off. Unfortunately it has put a dampener on the experience, otherwise, it would have been rated very good. Thanks
