I was rather apprehensive buying a car by myself but Chris at Dalgety Bay branch made my experience painless from start to end. Chris was very professional & polite & put me at ease. He was very attentive to my worries/needs & explained the process in a manner which I understood & checking I was comfortable with my purchase so nothing came as a surprise to me. Chris continued to stay in touch with me until delivery of my car so I knew everything that was going on. First class service & Chris is a credit to the company. 10/10
