The sales team always make you feel welcome and give that personal touch.
When I collected my new car I had been told that there would be a few surprises, that turned out to be the glass of non alcoholic wine, a bottle of Prosseco and on leaving having my picture taken - I had no idea why until the card arrived the next morning so that was indeed a surprise!
SInce then I have had a call from the showroom asking how things are going with the new car - so yes I think the sales team do a very good job.
