All staff that dealt with me regarding the sale and delivery of my new car were without exception first class from the receptionist, sales executive, sales manager, administration staff and guest experience manager. Very customer focussed without being patronising, any query I raised was listened to and dealt with professionally. The glass of non alcoholic fizz and hamper was such a lovely surprise and really appreciated.
