Your car sales person at Kirkcaldy, Caitlin, who dealt with me, was extremely helpful and approachable. She was not pushy or 'in your face' in any way and allowed for me to take time to decide on what vehicle to go for. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle I did select and gave me the space in which to make up my mind.
I would recommend this approach to all sales people.
