Took the time to understand what we wanted out of a new car, and pointed (correctly, IMO) out why several of our potential choices might not be so good. Chris understood all the product options, and was helpful (but not pushy) in steering us to our choice. The new Astra arrived and our old car handed over (fair trade-in-price) without any problems. If/when buying a pre-registered car again, would happily buy from here.
