I've been a Vardy customer for a good number of years. I like the ethos of the company and feel that I always get a reasonable deal. My latest purchase was not new -I had.not the cash for a new model on this occasion, but my treatment as a customer was no different from before. The Mokka was not a car I would have chosen to buy as I had an Astra in mind, but the main criterion for us (87 and 86-year olds) was getting in and out of the car more easily and the second-hand, low mileage Mokka which we bought was satisfactory in that respect. We've had it a week and have even learned how to use some of the many buttons. Jack Kinnaird was our salesman this time - a very likeable chap and a pleasure to deal with. Did it make me happy? Well, I'll be happier when I've mastered all the buttons!
