I was disappointed my brand new car had damage. I opted for midnight pickup and it was raining. The next day I had a good check over and found the alloy damaged and some minor scratches on either door. On calling the dealership the next day I took it along 12 hrs later and was offered repairs but had to leave the car. I have just picked it up and unfortunately the scratch on the drivers door would require a respray at my cost. The alloy was fixed with the sales person insistence but the adjuster was not happy that I had not damaged it myself. On the whole so sad I have a brand new damaged car.
I had an unfortunate experience last year with a cancelled sale from the company's side and gave them another chance. ..
