Sales guy David and Johnathan were very helpful. Whilst waiting for car delivery I spoke to Laura over the phone who was very rude and abrupt. Johnathan was made to do a 220 mile journey with no tax on vehicle and no one told him he needed trade plates. Hand over was quick as Johnathan had a train to catch back but he was a pleasant and helpful guy. The car had not been valeted as promised so I will have to pay for this. No car mats in car this is a poor service when spending thousands on a car. I received a copy of V5C/2 tried to tax car on line telling me this is invalid . Rang the garage for help and am still waiting hours later for a call back.
