The reason we came back to Peter Vardy is because of Gavin who deals with the motability side of the business. When I worked it was my job to train staff for the opening of shops and customer service is very important to me. Gavin is wonderful and is a great credit to your business and I trust what he tells me. He isn't at all pushy and is very good at giving you advice and there isn't anything that is too much trouble for him. We visited the showroom a few times before making the final choice and Gavin was so helpful.
