I was happy with the service, everything was done quickly. My only complaint was having to pay £100 deposit because I didn't have the MOT certificate and V5 document with me even though no one said I had to take it in, I drive 50 miles the following day with the documents to b told te card machine was broken and I would need to call on Monday
To get the money back. On phoning back I was then told the £100 would take up to three days to clear as they only had my card details and not my card! It was nearly a week later we recieved the deposit back even though they had the documents the following day.
