Gavin was great! He went right round the whole car with me and explained everything to me so that in the days afterwards I felt quite familiar with all the controls in the car.(A time that I am usually a bit apprehensive about!) He was even quite patient as I had my 'goodbye pangs' with our other motability car (lot of memories tied up in that other car!!) and with my grand-daughter, Lola - he went to get her a balloon..... and was promptly sent back to change it for a PINK one by a determined three yr old: much to the mortification of mum and granny! Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy Staff are always happy and helpful every time we come into the garage whether it's the parts and services department or the sales department - everyone makes us feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. Only one thing - I was expecting a customer satisfaction form to fill in and never got one - still waiting. I'd like to do this as the service was excellent and Gavin was excelllent too!
