Sorry I did not respond sooner but I had no access to e-mails whilst in Britain.
Jason was very helpful and understanding although I did have to explain what "beep beeps" were (sensors in the car - they are still "beep beeps" in my mind!). We are resident in France and Jason helped with ensuring that our French insurers received the necessary information to ensure that the car was insured in order that we could buy the car quickly. All the staff were very pleasant, offering hot drinks which were needed due to the abysmal weather.
