It's when things don't go to plan that we can actually see how good the customer service is. I had a few annoyances along the process of buying a used Astra - wrong number of previous owners on the advert, problems when supplying documentation to the finance company, few bits in the car that needed repair and a couple of days after getting the vehicle, some mechanical problems.
However, the customer service has been brilliant, whatever the issue is, the staff (Ben and Jamie from sales, Paul from Service) has always made it right in the end. I even got a FC Porto (my club) shirt and a Prosecco bottle as a gesture of good will.
I've got a lift to work and a courtesy car on the same day I left the Astra there to get repaired and hopefully everything will get sorted under warranty. So far, nothing to say, great service.
