Overall experience was excellent.Very impressed with facilities.Sales person,Eddie was immacutely turned out and made me feel very much at ease.The handover was also faultless with Tom explaining everything in great detail.I worked in customer service with BA for nearly 40years and I would happily have either of them in my team
