There was a slight issue when first coming to pick up the car. It was meant to be ready but unfortunately it wasn't. Rachel and Gavin couldn't have been more apologetic and although it was a slight inconvenience the situation was sorted out the best that it could have been. Rachel was very friendly throughout the whole time and Gavin made sure everything was ok and got me a full tank of fuel for the inconvenience. Overall very happy
