This is my 2nd review here as already written one regarding the kirkcaldy branch. Being messed about with deals and lack of communication. However i wished to take my complaint further and went outwith the branch. I have waited 1 week on a managing partner to call me regarding this complaint and eventually all i got was the manager of the kirkcaldy branch calling with an apology. At this stage an apology is not enough. I have also waited 10 says so far to get my deposit back. My next step is citizens advice and the media. I will not let this lie.
