This is the second Vauxhall that we have bought from Peter Vardy along with a BMW. I contacted Grant Elliott as he was our original sales person, Grant informed us that he had progressed within the group and put us in touch with Amar Dogra at the Vauxhall dealership, Amar worked out a deal for us which was handled by Susan Tait. Susan kept us informed and up to date throughout the purchase and preparation of our vehicle. The vehicle was ready and delivered exactly when they said it would be. The service that we received and sales experience was fantastic and what we had expected given our previous experiences with the Peter Vardy group, it is good to see that as a company you promote from within and great to see people advance throughout the business, it shows that the in house training and staff development pays off allowing people to progress. We will continue to deal with the Peter Vardy group due to their excellent levels of service that we have come to expect, but seems hard to find when dealing with our car companies or dealerships
