My experience this time was a bit mixed, after making a complaint about my time at a VIP event I was treated really well and given a good deal on the car that we purchased. The staff in the showroom couldn't do enough to try to compensate for the poor VIP experience. On the Saturday we bought the car I was told I would get a call on the Monday to let us know when the car would be available. I never received a call on the Monday and when I phoned in to the showroom I was on hold for approx five minutes before hanging up. The following day I did receive a call on my answer service from the sales person letting me know he had been off on the Monday and that everything was okay with the purchase and I would hear in 24 hours when the car could be picked up. This meant it would be four days after buying the car before I would know when it was available. Thankfully this call came within 24 hours and the car was picked up on the Thursday. I am extremely happy with the car and the deal I have picked up, but it is the small things that could be done better. The old maxim is under promise and over deliver, the follow up after the sale seemed to be over promise and under deliver.
